When Can I Return a Product?

Returns are only accepted at the moment of delivery — while the courier is still present at your door.

Once the courier has left, no returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

Important: Inspection must be done from the OUTSIDE ONLY. Do not open, break, or damage the seal during inspection.

When Are Returns NOT Accepted?

  • The courier has already left your location
  • The product seal has been opened, broken, or damaged in any way
  • The product has been used or sprayed

An opened seal means the product cannot be returned — no exceptions. This rule exists to protect every customer from receiving a previously opened or tampered product.

How to Inspect Your Order at Delivery

When your order arrives, please take a moment to inspect it before the courier leaves. Check:

  • Packaging — Ensure the outer packaging is intact and undamaged
  • Seal — Verify the product seal is fully intact and untouched
  • Box — Check the box from the outside for any visible defects

Important: Inspection must be done from the outside only. Do not open, break, or damage the seal during inspection.

For lattafa there is a new and an old 3D Holographic Security Label:

  • The new label with QR code

Steps :

1. Locate the Label. Find the 3D Holographic Security Label on the product packaging.

2. Scan Code. Open your phone camera and point it directly at the QR code.

3. You will be redirected to verify.lattafa.com one of the following results will appear:

To further verify that your Afnan perfume is 100% original, there is an additional QR code inside the packaging.

*Starting from October 2025 batches.

Simply scan this inner code for a second layer of authentication — giving you complete confidence in the authenticity of your fragrance.

After scanning the QR code, one of the following results will appear:
🟢 Valid Code – A green mark will confirm your fragrance is 100% authentic.
🟠 Previously Scanned – An orange mark will show how many times the code has been scanned and the location of the last scan.
🔴 Invalid Code – A red mark will appear indicating the product may not be genuine.
KHADLAJ

There are two 3D Holographic Security Labels for Khadlaj :

  • One with SCRATCH ME and QR code:
  • The other one just the 3D Holographic Security Label:

Both are authentic and 100% original
MAISON ALHAMBRA

3D Holographic Security Label:

Hard to replicate and guarantees authenticity .
SAUDI BRANDS: IBRAQ, ASSAF, LAVERNE, AL MAJED OUD

Saudi brands doesn't do much to protect and authenticate their products but there are signs to check to verify authenticity:

  1. Most fake perfumes doesn't have production / expiration dates
  2. Check for spelling mistakes
  3. Wrong perfume name written on the back
  4. Missing logos or branding on caps, sides of bottles, bottom of bottles
  5. No cellophane wrap
  6. Too good to be true offers like buy 1 get 1 or heavily discounted.
