When Can I Return a Product?
Returns are only accepted at the moment of delivery — while the courier is still present at your door.
Once the courier has left, no returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
How to Inspect Your Order at Delivery
When your order arrives, please take a moment to inspect it before the courier leaves. Check:
- Packaging — Ensure the outer packaging is intact and undamaged
- Seal — Verify the product seal is fully intact and untouched
- Box — Check the box from the outside for any visible defects
Important: Inspection must be done from the outside only. Do not open, break, or damage the seal during inspection.
When Are Returns NOT Accepted?
- The courier has already left your location
- The product seal has been opened, broken, or damaged in any way
- The product has been used or sprayed
An opened seal means the product cannot be returned — no exceptions. This rule exists to protect every customer from receiving a previously opened or tampered product.
